These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Optima Overnight website and delivery services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Optima Overnight provides last-mile delivery and logistics services across the Greater Northeast. Our services are available to individuals and businesses who agree to these Terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement. Optima makes every reasonable effort to deliver packages on time and in good condition. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date.
Certain items are prohibited from shipment, including hazardous materials, illegal substances, firearms, perishable goods (unless using our temperature-controlled service), and items exceeding our size and weight limits. Optima reserves the right to refuse or return any shipment containing prohibited items.
Optima's liability for any lost or damaged shipment is limited to the declared value of the package or $100, whichever is less, unless additional insurance has been purchased. Optima is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use automated tools to scrape or access our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the website in any way that could damage or impair its availability.
